Gulfstream names new APAC senior VP for sales


Gulfstream Aerospace announced Wayne Oedewaldt has been promoted to regional senior vice president of international sales for Asia-Pacific. Kirsten Krueger has been promoted to regional vice president of sales for California’s central coast, Oedewaldt’s former territory. Oedewaldt has been a member of Gulfstream’s sales team since 2001 and has spent more than 40 years in the business aviation industry. He attended the American School in Japan and earned a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the University of Illinois. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University. Oedewaldt earned his private pilot’s license at 17 and served as a helicopter instructor and commissioned officer in the US Army.

Krueger joined Gulfstream in 2017 as regional sales manager for the northwest and west-central United States. Her career in business aviation spans 20 years and includes experience in charter sales, aircraft management and fractional aircraft sales. Krueger holds a bachelor of science degree in aviation operations from San Jose State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University. She is also a multi-engine commercial-rated instrument pilot.

In addition to the new promotions, Roger Sperry, formerly regional senior vice president of international sales for Asia-Pacific, has been named regional senior vice president of international sales for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Indian subcontinent. Brent Monroe, regional senior vice president for the western US, is now also leading international sales for Latin America.
